  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    USPS First Class Shipping can take 4-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. USPS Priority Mail Shipping can take 3-4 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. FedEx Group Shipping can take 5-6 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
    An email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided once your order has shipped.
  • ADDRESS CHANGES
    Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. As we may not be able to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed prior to it shipping out. Any packages lost or miss-delivered due to the address being entered incorrectly is solely the customer's responsibility and will not be replaced. When changing your address, please understand that address changes will take effect for future orders and will not be applied to any current orders placed, but have not shipped. Please reach out to us to see if we are able to get the address corrected prior to the order shipping out. We are not held liable for missing orders due to address entry errors by customers, It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address provided is correct. If your order is returned to us we will reship it per our "bad address or undeliverable address" guidelines below.
  • ADDITIONAL USPS SHIPPING INFORMATION
    Once we hand off your package to USPS for shipping/delivery, anything that happens from that point on is completely out of our control. Several things can happen : Your package arrived and was received without issues Your package is found to have a bad address or is undeliverable Your package is shown to be delivered but you don't have it Your package is delayed Your package is lost It is understandable that the situation you are experiencing is frustrating, but in dealing with mail and the postal system, it is best to be patient, be understanding, and tolerant of the postal system.
  • MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED DUE TO A BAD ADDRESS OR WAS UNDELIVERABLE
    Packages generally are marked as return-to-sender, or undelivered due to the following reasons: There was an issue with the shipping address or postal code The addressee does not live at the shipping address The package was refused by the recipient when a delivery was attempted If the package is returned to us, we will email you when we receive your package back. You can always email us first if you notice any issues with your tracking. We are happy to re-ship the order once it is returned to us and the reason for return-to-sender is addressed.
  • MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT I DON'T HAVE IT
    USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information. If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. All That Glitters Lab cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.   • MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED OR LOST
    USPS delivery times can vary from one class of mail to another. It may be possible that the mail piece is still in transit and is not lost or delayed depending on what class of mail is being used and how long ago it was mailed. USPS recommends these steps if you believe your mail is delayed or lost: Check the USPS tracking for your mail items: If there is no status available or the information has not changed since the last time you viewed it, check back on the USPS tracking website regularly as information is updated periodically throughout the day. If your missing mail has not been delivered by the expected delivery date and is lost, late, or missing for 7 days or more, you can: Go to Find Missing Mail for additional information and to submit a Missing Mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com.
