Shipping & Returns
Fulfillment Processes
All items purchased are packaged within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our fulfillment processing times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.
Shipping Policy
Once your items have been packed they will be shipped immediately between Monday-Friday. Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

Free Shipping is not insured and All That Glitters Lab is not responsible or any Missing, Lost, Damaged items unless the optional Package Protection has been Purchased.. We will however help you Resolve any issues with the USPS...
An email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided once your order has shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on product purchased unless the item you purchased is defective.
To inquire about a return, you can contact us at allthatglitterslab@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order within 3 days of when the package was marked as delivered and contact us immediately at allthatglitterslab@gmail.com with details/photos of the product and the defect if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
