Glitter Affiliate Agreement

**Affiliation Agreement - Glitter Affiliate Program**

This Affiliation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Glitter Affiliate," and All That Glitters Lab LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," on the date you submit your application to become a Glitter Affiliate.

*To be considered you must have a minimum 5,000 followers or greater, go live on Social Media consistently to promote ATGL products, and agree to bring in customers based on your own viewer engagement and promotions of ATGL products. Please do not drop affiliate codes in ATGL Lives. All leads must be generated through your own content.

**I. Affiliate Benefits:**

1. The Glitter Affiliate shall receive a unique coupon code for the Company's website, "www.allthatglitterslab.com," to share with potential customers.

2. The coupon code provides a 10% discount to any customer who uses it on their order at the Company's website. The coupon code is allowed to be used on the Glitter Affiliate’s own purchases.

3. For each referred customer who makes a purchase using the Glitter Affiliate's coupon code, the Glitter Affiliate will earn 10% commission of all successful transactions made by the referred customer.

4. Accumulated commission will be added to the Glitter Affiliate's account for redemption by a store credit to All That Glitters Lab LLC. No actual monetary exchange will be given to Glitter Affiliates. 

**II. Commission Redemption:**

1. Commission earned through the Glitter Affiliate Program can be redeemed for Company products, discounts, or other benefits as specified by the Company. No actual monetary exchange will be given to Glitter Affiliates.

**III. Terms and Conditions:**

1. The Glitter Affiliate must promote the Company's products and services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Commission is non-transferable and has no cash value.

3. Commission is not accumulated on personal orders made by the Glitter Affiliate. This is to avoid “double commission” for sales used by the Glitter Affiliates Coupon Code. 

4. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Glitter Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice for any reason.

**IV. Confidentiality:**

The Glitter Affiliate agrees to keep any confidential information about the Company and the Glitter Affiliate Program confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.

**V. Termination:**

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice at any time.

**VI. Governing Law:**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

By checking the box upon Application Submission, the parties acknowledge their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this Affiliation Agreement.
